→ Sourdough #5 (Workshop): Mitmachen? Vermittlung, Partizipation und Kunst

::Wo:: servus.at Clubraum, c/o Stadtwerkstatt, Kirchengasse 4, 4040 Linz 

Wie funktioniert Vermittlungsarbeit, die zum Fragenstellen anregt, partizipativ und prozessorientiert ist? Und warum ist das wichtig? Wir lernen Bausteine und Methoden für das Arbeiten an Schnittstellen von Vermittlung, Partizipation und Kunst kennen und gestalten den Workshop ausgehend von Fragen, die sich bei dir auftun. Diese Fragestellungen entwickeln wir gemeinsam weiter – und wer möchte, kann sie später auf Postkarten ausstellen. Außerdem gestalten wir gemeinsam einen kurzen Rundgang im öffentlichen Raum.

BIO
Tamara Imlinger arbeitet als Autorin, Musikerin, Historikerin und Vermittlerin an Schnittstellen von Kunst, Kulturarbeit, Wissenschaft und Partizipation – z.B. im Kollektiv Salon Limusin, für den Lern- und Gedenkort Schloss Hartheim, den Verein Geschichte(n) für alle und in der Redaktion der KUPFzeitung. 2026 setzt sie mit Salon Limusin das partizipative Live-Hörspiel “Unser Feld” für das Festival communale 2026 des Landes Oberösterreich um. Für die Kulturhauptstadt Bad Ischl Salzkammergut 2024 co-leitete sie ein partizipatives Projekt zum Sprechen über den Nationalsozialismus.

In diesem Workshop hat jeder Teilnehmer*in die Möglichkeit, ein einfaches „Circuit Bending“-Projekt zu realisieren. Wenn du ein eigenes Radio mitbringen möchtest, das du hacken möchtest, bring es mit! Wir stellen alle notwendigen Werkzeuge und Teile zur Verfügung.

Unsere Freunde vom Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory laden Künstler*innen ein, ihre Arbeiten auf der Parameter – Generative Arts Fair zu präsentieren und sich mit einer breiteren Community zu vernetzen, die sich mit Kunst, Open-Source-Technologien, kreativem Coding, Medienarchäologie, Permacomputing und experimenteller Elektronik beschäftigt, um die aktuellen Konzepte und Umsetzungen von Generativität zu erweitern.

Servus unterstütz die Open Call durch unser Limesurvey Instanz (umfrage.servus.at) & Davide ist teil der Jury.

→ Sourdough #5 (Workshop): Join in? Cultural mediation, participation and art

::When:: Fri, 13. Feb // 15:00–18:00
::Where:: servus.at Clubraum, c/o Stadtwerkstatt, Kirchengasse 4, 4040 Linz  

How does cultural mediation work and how can we encourage questioning, be participatory and process-oriented? And why is it important? We will learn about methods for working at the intersections of mediation, participation and art, and we will design the workshop based on questions that arise for you. We will develop these questions together – and anyone who wants to can later display them on postcards. We will also design a short tour in public space together.

BIO
Tamara Imlinger works as an author, musician, historian and mediator at the intersections of art, cultural work, science and participation – e.g. in the Salon Limusin collective, for the Schloss Hartheim learning and memorial site, the Geschichte(n) für alle association and on the editorial board of the KUPF newspaper. In 2026, she realizes the participatory project “Unser Feld” (Our Field) for the Festival communale 2026 (Land OÖ). For the European Capital of Culture Bad Ischl Salzkammergut 2024, she co-led a participatory project on talking about National Socialism.

In this workshop, each participant will have the opportunity to create a basic “circuit bending” project. If you have your own radio you’d like to hack, bring it along! We will provide all necessary tools and parts.

Our friends at Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory invite artists to present their work at Parameter – Generative Arts Fair and connect with a broader community that engages art, open-source technologies, creative coding, media archaeology, permacomputing and experimental electronics to broaden the current concepts and implementations of generativity.

Servus supports the Open Call through our Limesurvey instance (umfrage.servus.at) & Davide is part of the Jury.
